Yes. While we're based in Toronto, we work with clients across Canada for both production (we travel) and strategy (fully remote).
For ongoing services (social + email management), we recommend a minimum of 3-6 months. Real growth takes consistency, and we want to set you up for success, not just a quick fix. Content shoots are recommended on a per-project basis.
Absolutely. Many clients start with a Content Sprint or Content Shoot and then move into our management packages once they see the quality of the work and realize they want ongoing support.
For retainer services, yes—monthly invoicing is standard. For one-off shoots, we require 50% upfront and 50% upon delivery.
