What is a content retainer?
A retainer is an ongoing production partnership.
Instead of organizing individual shoots every time you need content, your brand has a dedicated place in our schedule and a team that already knows your product, your aesthetic, and your deadlines.
The result is content that compounds over time: visually consistent, strategically informed, and always ready when you need it.

CREATIVE DEPTH
We refine your visual language over time instead of reinventing it, building a recognizable aesthetic that compounds.

EFFICIENCY
Planning content together reduces prep time, minimises reshoots, and keeps production lean.

SPEED
No quoting cycles or booking gaps. We already know your brand before the brief arrives.

CONSISTENCY
Same team, same visual direction, same level of care every cycle. No starting from scratch.
why brands choose retainers

Not every brand needs a retainer. But some brands can't operate without one.
A retainer makes sense when content is part of your ongoing marketing operations, not something you think about when you're about to run out of it.
-
You're launching products regularly and need content ready before each one.
-
You're managing an active social presence and constantly scrambling for new material.
-
You've had shoots done before but the inconsistency between them is showing.
-
You're ready to stop treating content as reactive and start treating it as a system.
If this sounds like where you are, then let's build something consistent.

HOW A RETAINER WORKS
good questions.
Our retainers are structured across three tiers depending on your industry and scope and can range from $1,500/mo to $5000/mo. Final investment varies depending on cadence and scope. Get in touch and we'll come back with a clear proposal tailored to your needs.
All retainers require a 3-month minimum commitment - enough runway to establish a strong creative rhythm and deliver work that builds meaningfully over time.
Absolutely, and we'd encourage it. Many of our retainer clients started with a one-off project. It's a great way to experience how we work before committing to an ongoing partnership.
It depends on the tier. Hospitality retainers are scoped lean - client provides all food and materials, no prop sourcing or styling required. Content retainers include recipe development and ingredient sourcing where relevant. Campaign retainers can include models, food styling, and external studio coordination, but are quoted as add-ons per shoot.
Very. We establish a consistent delivery date during onboarding and maintain it every cycle.
Yes, social and email management is available alongside any retainer. Many brands find that having the same team managing production and channels produces significantly better results. See Social & Email Strategy →
Retainer scope can be reviewed and adjusted at the start of each new minimum commitment period. If your needs grow, we grow with you. If your needs shift significantly mid-retainer, get in touch and we'll figure out the right path forward together.
Yes! If a monthly cadence doesn't fit your business, bi-monthly and quarterly production schedules are available as custom quotes built from the relevant tier's base rates. Get in touch and we'll put together a proposal tailored to your cadence.
